Dela Afenyadu is an Integrated Development Consultant. He is a graduate of the University of Cape Coast with ten years of broad but very intensive experience in development work. Kenneth King is Director of the Centre of African Studies and Professor of International and Comparative Education at the University of Edinburgh. He was Director of this project.
